AboutKevin

I want to share my positive attitude and hardworking behavior with my future employer…

It was 2007, I had just graduated the Pennsylvania State University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  I was very proud of earning my diploma; however, I was more proud of myself for overcoming my physical limitations.  At that time, I had a walker to assist my ambulation and refused to let my walker assist me when accepting my diploma.  I had to relearn how to walk and talk again from a car accident that occurred in 2000 when I was enrolled at Arizona State University.  I moved back from Arizona and went into rehabilitation during the day and at night went to school to earn my MBA in PA.  I then got a job working in support of the United States Navy.  I did not lie when filling out my application for employment working for the United States Government and claimed a disability (I was receiving monetary payments from Social Security Disability Insurance at that time).  Thank God, I ended up gaining employment working for support of the NAVY and getting rid of these payments.  I continued to work out physically during my 5 year employment and 3 year separation from Federal Employment and got better.

Not only did I get better physically, but I am also getting better mindfully.  I am currently enrolled in my sixth course in my Digital (Marketing) Specialization Certification hosted by the University of Illinois.
